How does your download system work?

Once you have found a download product(s) that you would like to order you simply need to add to your basket and checkout, much the same than if you were purchasing a physical product. When payment has been authorised you will be sent an e-mail which will contain a secure link to download the product(s) you have purchased.

What is the average file size/how long will they take to download?

Our downloadable products range in size from 20MB-1.5GB so the download time can vary considerably. Your connection speed is also a key factor, so the faster the speed, the faster the download. Most of our download products state the file size in the description so this will give you a good indication of how long it is likely to take.

What if I have a problem/how many times can I download?

You can download any product you have purchased from us a maximum of 5 times using the link that you are sent via e-mail. Unlike many other download sites, there is no time limit on your link. If you have any problems at all you can contact our support department – support@timespace.com
After completing the download it is possible that you may get a message stating the file is not in the right format, this could mean that the file is damaged and will need to be downloaded again. In fact, if your download is corrupt it is often because it failed to complete or was truncated for some reason.

Is the sound quality any different to the physical product you are selling?

No. While, each download product is compressed to enable you to obtain the file as quickly as possible, once expanded the quality is the same. Each sound file supplied is 16bit, 44.1khz or better.
