The Origin Series from Loopmasters (formerly Beatnik Samples) are mixed mode Cd roms for Mac and PC which feature 100% copyright free inspirational loops, multisamples and single sounds for new wave musicians, djs and producers worldwide.
All the titles have been made using only the best technologies and the samples are highly flexible and can be used in many different ways. The Origin series comprise 12 titles released in batches of 4, with all titles available by spring 2004.
Only the best musicians and producers have been used in the compilation and recording of the material and titles work well independently or alongside each other. The Cds can be used with most software programs, and the inclusion of Rex2 files for all loops and patterns mean that you have total flexibility over pitch and tempo to an unprecedented level. Most of the recordings have been made with a very light use of EQ and FX, allowing you the freedom to make these sounds your own.
