Just wanted to post and say how impressed that I am with the technical support that Time and Space offer. I had a problem with my Omnisphere 2 Installation but Martin in Tech Support could not have been more helpful. Up there with the best customer service that I have experienced anywhere from anyone. You have a customer for life.
I´d like to thank sales for a prompt delivery of the software Concert and Marching Band 2 which I purchased. On Loading I had difficulty installing due to my inability to grasp the instructions. I contacted support and they got back to me with a technician named Martin, who with great patience helped me through the whole procedure taking time (and Space!) excuse the pun, describing throughout, everything I needed to know. He was brilliant.
Thanks for the support of Martin and your company through a process, which for many of my age can be so stressful.
